[WSBARP] Potential Ambiguity in Name of Grantee

Dear All:

[names are changed to protect the innocent.]

Quitclaim Deed purports to convey from "John Smith" to "John Smith, trustee, U.D.T., dated May 1, 1994."  As shown on the Quitclaim Deed, the Grantee does not contain the name of the trust itself.

Is that a problem?
