[WSBARP] Closing agent for co-op

I would not send a co-op to a typical escrow company. There are many unique aspects, so prior experience is required. I can recommend Lisa Dennis, Guardian Escrow, who has been closing for co-ops for many years.

Listmates, as I recall there was an attorney who acted as escrow and closer for the purchase and sale of co-operative apartments. But I can't find him in my rolodex. Then recently a real estate broker told me a typical escrow can handle it.

Any insight? I need to find someone, so any guidance is greatly appreciated.
