Listmates, as I recall there was an attorney who acted as escrow and closer for the purchase and sale of co-operative apartments. But I can't find him in my rolodex. Then recently a real estate broker told me a typical escrow can handle it.

Any insight? I need to find someone, so any guidance is greatly appreciated.
