I like that we can sue a big company by dropping a copy on a lowly teller or secretary; but that does not seem fair to me.  best to serve an officer at least.

I usually just have a staff member drop it off at the nearest branch. Usually a manager will sign a receipt and/or fax it in to their legal department for you.
