The WSBA RPPT Section is presenting two continuing legal education (CLE)
opportunities in December of 2022. Please see the descriptions and links to

2022 Fall Real Property CLE, December 2, 2022

 

Finish your year strong with helpful information and practical tips that
will be beneficial for you and your clients. Learn about various issues and
options affecting financing, boundary disputes, construction contracts, and
environmental matters. There will be enlightening sessions on cannabis and
on succession planning.

2022 Annual Fall Probate and Trust Seminar,  December 9, 2022

 

End your year looking forward with the annual Probate and Trust seminar. We
will be online this year, discussing preparations and planning that you will
carry into 2023 such as: an end-of-year To Do List and end-of-year trust
funding and estate and income tax considerations and the latest gifting
strategies. Also learn about estate planning for cannabis assets and the new
Capital Gains tax. There will also be an ethics session tailored to the
Probate and Trust practitioner.
