Jamie: I am  unhappy with out phone system too; it may just be the nature of the beast but I would like to talk with someone in your office who knows the complaints about Windstream, for my education.

We currently use Windstream to manage our phones for our remote offices (6 locations).  There's some ongoing staff mutiny about managing the Windstream systems which ARE clunky, although not ineffective.

Looking for recommendations on other VOIP phone providers that have proven effective; and also looking for feedback on Vonage specifically.
