Craig: I don’t have an architect referral; but I remind you that communications to any such may be evidence in a later litigation about the ap.  You know that, but sometimes we don’t think of such things.

Subject: [WSBARP] Architects for small residential development

Listmates, my client owns a steep-slope parcel of raw land zoned "lowrise." The parcel also includes a significant portion subject to a claim of AP. My client is new to development and is looking to hire an architect to assist him with the project.

Valuation of the AP claim requires insight into its impact on the development potential of the parcel. So the time is now to start working with an architect (or other qualified professional) on the project.

If you have any recommendations, they would be greatly appreciated!
