[WSBARP] Scrivenor's Error on Deed

I'm in this camp.  I wouldn't fix it even if it was the tax parcel 
number that was wrong.  Tax parcel numbers also can change over time, 
and you can deal with the county to get the tax billing information 
fixed without dealing with the deed.

A tax parcel number can in some instances fix a missing legal 
description, but it can't ruin a correct legal description, that I've 
ever heard.
