I made a scrivener's error that was not caught by the client. I transposed
two numbers on a deed of personal representative where I have the section
that says Property Commonly Known As: 4390 Main Street.....and I wrote 4930
Main Street.

Everything else is correct. Parcel number. Legal description. Everything
except that. The recording was done nearly two years ago. A call to the
County auditor (not King, Pierce, or Thurston) said that they only go by
the parcel number and legal description which is why it was not rejected.

Will this error cause any trouble down the line in 50-75 years when the
relatives are looking to get rid of this property? (I say this because it
is a property that is a family jewel....maybe the grandkids who are infants
now will not want it but staying in the family until then).

Thank you for your thoughts.
