[WSBARP] Need a recommendation for a DC landlord tenant attorney ASAP

Refer your client to the Northwest Justice Project. They are providing legal services for those in need (aka those who qualify) albeit, they are a pain in the but to work with having been on the other side of matters with them. If your client has the means for a private attorney, they are not likely to represent them.
