[WSBARP] Commercial lease between LLCs

All,

I have a PC that is purchasing commercial real property (restaurant) in the name of an LLC. PC has another LLC that will own the "business." I need to create a commercial lease agreement with the real property LLC leasing the property to the business LLC. I've done some research to address certain considerations, but would really appreciate just a template commercial lease agreement (preferably for this type of transaction) to get me started.
