A friend of a regular client contacted me looking for an attorney to assist with the following matter....

Elderly man owns land in Port Ludlow (Kitsap County). The agreement (overly simplified) was that an occupant would exchange services helping care for the elderly man for being able to live in a trailer on the property.

The services were terminated two months ago, but occupant declines to leave. Now they want to compel him to leave.

Anyone want to take this on?

Please note our new website and email address as of 1/1/21.
