[WSBARP] Help with stolen social security number

Greetings!

Does anyone have a referral to help an individual if their social security number is being used to create credit card accounts and other debts? The individual discovered the credit cards/debts when going through the process of getting a loan. The individual is notifying the credit agencies and contesting the false accounts, but is hoping for additional assistance.
