[WSBARP] Aerial photo analysis

In this case we will need expert testimony that fence is located a certain distance from stationary landmarks. There used to be a guy that worked for DOT that did expert work as a side gig but I think he is long retired. Looking for his replacement.

Google Earth Pro is a free program that will run on your computer. It provides aerial photos with a timeline bar at the top to display older dates. Many older images show sufficient resolution to see fences and roads.
