Listmates:

Tenant has violated terms of lease and let others, without LL's approval,
occupy the premises. In looking at the various notice provisions, I find
RCW 59.12.030(4), RCW 59.18.170, 180, and 190. Does one give a 10, 30 or 60
day notice to comply? Your experences.
