[WSBARP] Property Dispute

I have a PC who owns property on Lopez Island with an ex-girlfriend.  
Both are on title, but only he is on the loan.  She is threatening to 
stop making her half of the payments (verbal agreement between the two 
of them).  Any referrals for San Juan County?
