[WSBARP] Filing Question re Sec of State filings

Hi Bruce:

I ran into this recently. The State hasn't updated its website to 
implement  the new  filing requirements of a the non profit so you have 
to file your annual report the old fashioned way and mail it in via 
snail mail or show up in person. Also, if you don't have an EIN, they 
kick it back.
