[WSBARP] Three Day Notice to Vacate - Waste

Listmates,

 

I need to create a three-day notice to vacate based upon waste or nuisance,
RCW 59.18.650(2)C.  How much detail of the waste/nuisance, if any, must be
included in the notice?  I have plenty of pictures of the mess to attach to
the complaint?  Have any of you done this type of eviction who could share
their pre-suit notice?
