[WSBARP] Sharing RE Commission

I just received a flyer as maybe some of you did from a realtor in Bellevue stating that if we have a estate sale of real property and list with him and it sells he will share up to 20% of his commission with the attorney who can then pass it it on to client or keep it as referral fee. The attorney would obviously have to advise the client of this arrangement but can the realtor share commissions with a non realtor attorney?
