[WSBARP] Code Enforcement liens

    Cl is concerned that a code enforcement lien could get ahead of his 
Deed of Trust/note.  I don't find any super-liens that would do that, 
but then it's hard to prove a negative....  Anyone know why I could not 
assure him?
