Hi Thomas,

If they are residential properties, 59.18.650 would apply.

Hi Listmates -

Landlord/Tenant is not my usual sphere, but my client, Personal Representative, needs to fix up and dispose of real property that has tenants in month to month tenancies.  Can he use 30 day notice provision of 59.04.020 to terminate the tenancies or does he have to use 90 day provision in 59.18.650?  Thanks for the help.

Tom
