[WSBARP] Extra charges

I have worked for law firms who charge clients for copies (by entering a client code for each copy project).  I personally do not charge for copies unless it’s a large project that is handled by a copy service.  All firms I have worked for charge for postage.  I do the same.  My understanding is that merch fees charged by credit card companies can be passed along to the client if the fee is clearly stated and the client agrees to the same.
