[WSBARP] seeking lawyer to handle dispute with county re water rights for development

Dear colleagues,

Long-time real estate client is creating multi-lot residential development
and county (Clallam) is attempting to impose conditions (e.g. fire hydrants,
8” (rather than 6”) water mains) which have not been required of similar
developments. 

This requires specialized legal expertise far beyond my pay grade.
