[WSBARP] Rental Assistance Requirements

As a practical matter, has anyone successfully negotiated to omit those restrictions from the agreement and still get rental assistance?

No, the landlord is not required to accept any additional strings on rental assistance above and beyond what is being paid for.

I believe this question came up before, but I was not on the list serve at the time and cannot find it.

We have a client who's tenants have been getting rental assistance.  The latest papers from the rental assistance require our client to agree not to evict for 6 months after the rental assistance ends.  Is the landlord required to accept this payment with the eviction restriction?
