[WSBARP] FARM LEASE in ELMA, WA

I have a potential client who needs help with drafting a farm lease in 
ELMA, WA.  I would like to talk to someone who has drafted a farm lease. 
Just land, 80 acres, no residence. I am wondering if there is anything 
unique to a farm lease  in Eastern Washington that I need to be  made 
aware? Happy to refer this client if someone has this type of 
experience.
