[WSBARP] Hold back escrow

Listmates,  I have a transaction that the parties wish to deposit $100k into a trust account to pay for costs associated with permits and some construction. I would estimate it will last 6 months to a year ( mostly waiting for government responses) There will be some disbursements to third parties along the way.  Anyone interested and if so can you give an estimate of fees?   Thanks, Craig
