Best check with the local jurisdiction on length of stay. Some places limit RVs to 6 months.

Client wants to lease vacant land to a relative who will reside there in his RV until such time as the tenant/relative decides to place a manufactured home on the property.  Are there any special provisions I should be inserting in the Lease when renting to an RV owner?
