Tim,
I don't have any particular referral there, but a couple suggestions for deeds.
If it is simple trust funding, you might want to use US Deeds. I believe it is around $300 flat. https://www.usdeeds.com/
Also you could just look for a NAELA member. I've found most Elder Law attorneys willing to help with funding. https://www.naela.org/findlawyer
