Dear list mates, I have a client who would like representation to defend against a damage claim related to a commercial lease in Lewis County.  The potential client is the former tenant who believes he was constructively evicted from his restaurant business by the landlord. The landlord is suing for rent and payment on a note the tenant used to make cosmetic improvements and repairs that were the landlord’s responsibility under the lease.
