[WSBARP] PC for claim Against Condo Board

Colleagues,

PC is looking for representation for asserting claims against a condo board.  The basic facts I have are as follows:

The condo board is represented by an attorney who retained an expert who opined that the parking levels are unsafe.  The expert has proposed a repair that is costly and will ultimately be assessed via special assessment.  PC disagrees and wants a second opinion (as do other owners, as I understand it).  PC is prepared to retain an attorney and an expert to rebut the claims.  He has funds to do so.  PC is associated with the general contractor who constructed the building 14 years ago.  He is not concerned about builder liability due to the length of time since construction.  However, he feels his role in construction gives him insight that the other owners do not have (and why the PC believes the allegations are incorrect).  He wants to sell his unit but the unit is worth much less without a parking stall.  The board may have disallowed the residents from parking in the parking garage (though I’m not entirely clear on this).  The neighborhood is not the safest for parking on the street.

This is not something I have the bandwidth to assist with at the moment.  All referrals (and self-referrals) will be forwarded.  Location is Pierce County.
