Here is a fairly lengthy license agreement I did some time ago that contains a hold harmless provision.  Feel free to use what you need.

Does anyone have a simple right of entry/hold harmless agreement for use by a nonprofit organization which wants to drive  across a landowner’s property with some trucks on one certain date? The landowner is willing to let the trucks use their private roadway, but are requesting a hold harmless agreement.
