[WSBARP] Telephone utility lease rates

I had a friend who was getting $15-$1700 per month for wireless utility boxes in a 30-40 foot square before the qwest-tmobile merger. Your client also might consider granting an easement for the area to an LLC your client owns. (has to be an LLC or legal entity to avoid merger). My friend could then sell his property and kept getting the lease money until the merger. Just a thought.

Subject: [WSBARP] Telephone utility lease rates

Good afternoon all,

Client is currently negotiating renewal of a lease of a small piece of property to a large phone utility company. There are essentially some cabinets on a 20 sq ft parcel.

Does anyone have an idea of the going lease rates for these?

Thanks for any insight anyone may have.

Jennifer
