I see no reason why you could not use a single REETA for two parcels or portions of parcels, so long as they were conveyed under the same deed.

Hi, Can't seem to get any response from King County Recorder as to whether I can use a REETA for multiple properties in single location FOR one parcel and 1/3rd of another parcel. Any comments are appreciated. Thanks Mike
