Does anyone have experience handling issues regarding Seabrook's Design Plan? It seems like a specialized issue. I would be happy to refer you a potential client.

Alternatively, if anyone has had luck getting a waiver on Seabrook's construction timelines due to COVID-19 and lack of contractor availability... I would very much appreciate your time.
