[WSBARP] Eviction of RV tenant

Listmates, a potential client (PC) on Vashon Island called me with the
following problem: She informally rents space on her lot to people in RVs.
She now has a tenant who refuses to leave. At this point she has no
alternative but to "go legal."

Needless to say, the resources of the PC are limited. As she put it, on
Vashon Island the culture is "people helping people." But again, at this
point....

I will forward all names of anyone who has any experience in "RV tenancy"
matters in the era of COVID. Huge bonus if you are also perhaps willing to
do some "low bono" work.
