[WSBARP] Tenancy in Common

Well, if this is a tenancy in common situation then they are all three
tenants in common. That means their interests are by 1/3 a piece. That's
my take on it. The "husband and wife" notation doesn't affect the
ownership interests at the outset. If one of the spouses dies and the
other surviving spouse takes the deceased spouse's 1/3 interest by CP, or
otherwise, then the surviving spouse would have a 2/3 interest and the
daughter would still have her 1/3 interest.

I am willing to be educated on this.
