[WSBARP] Neighbor Liability

Wouldn't the parents of the individuals who drove around shooting the gun
off be a more appropriate legal target? If the individuals who actually did
the shooting cannot be identified, how can it be proved that these
individuals were an invitee or guest of anyone at the house? Personally, I
think targeting the parents of the "house party" sounds like a real stretch
unless they are added as defendants with the parents of the kids who drove
around shooting the gun off.
