'Mates, good morning! I have a low dollar, high emotion matter (TICs were
also life partners for a brief period -- and child is on the way). I am
trying to keep my fees to an absolute minimum. So I thought I would start
my legal research by hitting the group up for any insight.

It is my understanding that the percentage ownership interest will be
determined by an accounting of respective funds paid towards ownership
(mortgage, taxes, insurance, etc.). I further understand that "sweat
equity" i.e. labor incurred in making improvements, does not count towards
ownership percentage.

Can anyone point me to some authority to support these contentions? A case
or two would be spectacular, and I will promptly weave them into my demand.

Thanks so much, as always!!! Happy Friday!!!
