HC accepts a tenant for a 12 month lease under a subsidized rent program. After 6 months, HC receives a copy of the letter from subsidized rent program that the tenant in their rental house has been terminated from the subsidized rent program. The letter does not state the reasons why he was terminated from the program.

Under RCW 59.18.650 (2)(b), does the landlord need to post an additional notice to terminate due to breach of program requirements (even though the breaches were not enumerated in the letter) and would it be a 14 day notice to comply?

Thank you in advance.
Sincerely
