[WSBARP] ISO - attorney with knowledge of Somaliland law

I have a client with parents in Hargeisa, Somaliland, who own property here in Seattle.

Mom and dad want to transfer the house to my client.

Seeing as mom and dad live in Somaliland, getting the deed signed is a technical challenge and I would be very grateful to speak with someone who is competent with Somaliland law.

Neither Somalia nor Somaliland is a signatory to the Hague Convention of 1961 on Apostilles.
