[WSBARP] Referrals needed - QT to clear old DOT

It looks like there are several practitioners on this listserve who are experienced with this (including me). I’ve successfully used two processes to clear a deed of trust that secured a note that has been paid in full, but it seems that everyone but the Grantor is “in the wind.” My first option would be a quiet title action under Chapter 7.28 RCW. The second option I’ve used is an “administrative” clearance of title under the provisions of RCW 61.24.110.

Are there other ways to accomplish the goal of reconveying/eliminating an old deed of trust from title? For any of the methods you’ve used, what has been most effective for all of you?

Thanks.

'Mates, I've managed to not handle one of these yet -- and honestly, I feel like now I am too old to learn. :-( If you are a good fit (debt paid in full, lender long since faded away) let me know and I will forward your name and contact info to PC.

Have a great weekend all!
