[WSBARP] Referrals needed - QT to clear old DOT

I do these frequently – and often on a tight timeframe (as this issue most frequently arises with a pending sale).  In fact, I recently handled a few of these on similar terms (debt pain in full, defunct lender, etc.).  I am in North Tacoma but handle cases as far North as Snohomish and as far south as Thurston.
