I need to refer an intellectual lawyer to a potential client. Elderly 
lady is the subject of a documentary and both she and the documentary  
producer want  to  be sure that rights to  lady's story are  assigned to 
the producer in the event  of  the elderly lady's incapacity or death. 
Elderly lady is in Seattle. Producer is in London.
