Anyone have a potential referral in the DC Metro area, licensed to practice in Maryland, who knows divorce law and real estate law?

Potential client has Decree entered in Maryland, dealing with real property in Maryland, where they are still tangled up with joint ownership and joint liability on a mortgage. She and ex-husband are looking to modify the arrangement, either through modifying decree or some kind of real estate deal.
