[WSBARP] Estate Planning Referral

Hello lists -

PC is married to a Japanese citizen, and he wants to ensure that his wealth can be transferred to her without huge tax implications when he dies. I told him I wasn't sure it was possible, but I would ask around. He is 13 years her senior, and she is not interested in becoming a citizen of the US. They've been married for 17 years, and live together in North Tacoma, Pierce County. She is not employed outside the home. There are no children of this relationship.

Anyone have expertise in this area and interested in the referral?
