[WSBARP] Boat Impound Question

Good afternoon,

Client is the owner of a boat storage warehouse (on land), who wants to explore the feasibility of delivering boats to an impound facility for non-payment of rent, rather than exercising a right to sell the boats. Client may then explore options to enter into a separate collections process for unpaid rent amounts.

Owners of the boats do not have access to the warehouse, as the facility owner moves the boats in and out.

Does anyone have experience with a similar situation, or know of authority that would allow the client to have boats sent to impound? We're not finding anything directly on point in the impound or bailment provisions of the RCW.

Any assistance appreciated.
