PC purchased home two weeks ago.  The prepurchase inspection did not discover a roof leak that resulted in mold in the attic.  The Form 17 made no mention of this either.  PC is looking at incurring substantial expense to fix this.

Who amongst you is experienced and well versed in handling this sort of situation?
