[WSBARP] Pierce County Code Enforcement

Dear All:

Happy Friday!

Potential client called and said, as I remember, that he just received notice from Pierce County that a structure on his property did not conform to code.  He is troubled by the fact that the improvement was completed years ago, and no one has said anything until now.

Is anyone well-versed in this sort of matter and are you willing to talk to him?  I'd be happy to pass names along to him.
