[WSBARP] Condo fee for "Resident Benefit"

I am seeing more and more additional fees piled on, usually by a management company.

I have three of my rental homes in professional management. When the last renewal was done, I saw that they were now adding this sort of fee (paid by the tenant) in addition to the rent.

Client received a 60-Day Notice to Increase Rent.  In addition to the rent increase there is a $45 monthly fee for "Resident Benefit."  Is that a common fee?
