[WSBARP] Seeking Referral: Nacogdoches, Texas Attorney for Real Property Conveyance

Client's mother and father created a RLT years and years back, then father
died, mother created a trust, and now son is the trustee while mom is still
alive but ailing. The old RLT still owns mineral rights in Nacodoches, TX
and the royalty checks are coming in the name of the old trust, but no
account now exists for the old trust and Client has no documentation of the
old trust. We need to track down a Texas (and preferably Nacogdoches, TX)
attorney to assist us with conveying the mineral rights from the old RLT to
mom's current trust. Does anyone have a referral for someone who could help
us with this? Thank you!
